Fantastic news we now have a shed!
Aberdeenshire Council have agreed to lease us a shed for 15 years.We have now erected our sign kindly donated by Neil R Philip Ltd, Unit 3, Castle Road Ind. Estate, Ellon
The following needs to be completed before we can use it as our shed, water supply, sewerage, plans drawn up, oil fired central heating and hot water boiler, plumbing, electrical wiring, internal walls, floor and ceiling all insulated. Inside we plan to have a small reception area with an office and toilets, a large social area with a kitchen and of course our workshop which will be kitted out with wood working tools and machinery.
We also have a large parking area which can be used for car boot sales, open days etc.
To the rear of the shed there is a grassed area where we plan to have a poly tunnel and raised beds.
